Every action in your systems (ERP, CRM, BPM or other applications) leaves an event log recording what was done, when and by whom. Process mining extracts those logs and automatically reconstructs the real map of each process, with all its paths, times and repetitions. The result is an objective diagnosis, based on facts rather than interviews or assumptions.

Traditional mapping is based on interviews and workshops, so it reflects how people believe the process works and usually ends up as a partial, outdated snapshot. Process mining analyses 100% of the real cases recorded in your systems, shows every variant and deviation, and quantifies the time and cost of each step. It is faster, more accurate and updates continuously as new data is generated.

The most common are purchasing and payments (purchase-to-pay), sales and collections (order-to-cash), supply chain and logistics, invoicing, customer service and incident management. Conformance checking automatically compares how your processes are actually executed with how they should be executed according to your internal rules, controls and regulations. It detects breaches such as payments without approval, skipped controls or incorrect segregation of duties. This way, audit and compliance teams move from reviewing samples to controlling 100% of operations, with early alerts for any deviation.

Process mining does not stop at the diagnosis. With simulation and what-if analysis we assess the impact of each improvement before applying it: changing a flow, reassigning resources or automating a task. We then prioritise the actions with the highest return, such as RPA automation of the repetitive tasks detected, and activate real-time operational monitoring that tracks how processes evolve and alerts you if inefficiencies reappear.
