An AI audit evaluates a company's artificial intelligence systems, both in-house models and third-party tools, to verify that they are accurate, secure, non-discriminatory and compliant with regulations. It is needed by companies that already use AI in decisions affecting customers or employees, such as recruitment, credit or customer service, and by those that want to deploy it at scale with guarantees. It detects risks before they turn into fines or reputational damage.

AI discovery is an analysis of your company's operations to identify the use cases where artificial intelligence generates real economic impact. We review each department's processes, data and objectives, and prioritise opportunities by return on investment, technical feasibility and risk. We complement it with a data maturity audit (AI readiness) to confirm that your data has the necessary quality. That way you invest in AI where it truly pays off, not where the latest trend points.

The European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act) classifies AI systems by risk level: it prohibits those posing unacceptable risk, imposes strict documentation, human oversight and risk management requirements on high-risk systems, and sets transparency obligations for systems such as chatbots. It also requires companies to train their staff in the use of AI. Penalties can reach 35 million euros or 7% of annual worldwide turnover.

We audit the training data and the model's outputs to detect biases that discriminate by gender, age, origin or other characteristics, and we measure accuracy, hallucinations in generative models and performance degradation over time (data drift). We apply statistical tests, explainability analysis and stress scenarios. If we detect problems, we propose corrective measures and a continuous monitoring system so the algorithm remains reliable.
